These fees are per term inclusive of all accommodation and tuition. Textbooks and exercise books are provided.

SCHOLARSHIPS

Academic Scholarships exist for entry into Year 10 and Year 12. Scholarships range from 5 – 30 % at the Headmaster’s discretion and according to performance.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Fees are invoiced termly and are payable by Bankers Cheque or Direct Transfer into the school account detailed below. When making a Direct Transfer a supporting document must be presented to the school on or before the first day of term.

FOR SECURITY REASONS, CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED. Payment in Forex is credited at the rate of exchange on the first day of term, less any bank charges. PERSONAL CHEQUES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

PARENTS ACCOUNTS

Any extras, such as replacement uniform items, charges for school trips and extra-curricular activities such as driving lessons and horse riding, will be invoiced at the end of each term.

POCKET MONEY

Cash may be deposited with the Dorm Tutor, or with the Head of Junior School. Students are not permitted to hold personal cash during the term. A surplus payment on the fees account can also be used to issue pocket money from time to time.

MEDICAL ATTENTION

The school has a 12 bed sanatorium with a qualified nurse on site and a medical doctor who visits the school twice a week and is on call 24 hours. In the case of an emergency, students would be taken to VALLEY HOSPITAL or WAR MEMORIAL HOSPITAL both in NAKURU  and subsequent bills arising thereafter invoiced at the end of term.

Parents are advised to take out their own family medical and accident insurance covers.
