President's Award Scheme PDF Print E-mail

This program is the offshoot of the British run Duke of Edinburgh Awards program here in Kenya and has a very prestigious following. Universities and employers value candidates who have been through this training.

The program has been running at Greensteds for sometime now and has been a very successful part of the extra curricular focus.
The President’s Award program consists of three levels :
Bronze, Silver and Gold – and students have the opportunity over a period of time to complete all three levels.

  • Students can commence with the Bronze program from the age of 14 and this takes six months to complete. Silver level takes one year and Gold 18 months. All students have to complete the four categories up to an acceptable and consistent level.
